How a consultation works.
Choose your experience
Choose the private Styling Concierge, a focused closet edit, image styling or personal shopping. You may also book the Glam Squad for coordinated beauty and styling, or styling only with Tina.
Measurements & sizing
Before we proceed we establish your key body measurements, dress size and shoe size. This ensures every piece we pull, drape or recommend is chosen for your actual proportions — never guesswork.
The store run-through
Items pulled from boutiques and stores for a styling run-through are billed against your account. Returns are refunded against your account, excluding travel and service costs. Any damage to garments or items is charged at full price to your account.
In-store, for everyday
For day-to-day wear we prefer in-store shopping and style guidance — the chance to feel the fabric, try the proportion and build confidence in real time, with Tina beside you.
